Final Company Project Presentations for the International Group

  1. Shan
    1. Sveta:
      1. Nice job
      2. formal and perhaps somewhat dry content?
      3. good switch from you to Katy with a smile in exchange.
    2. Katy:
      1. Nice Job
      2. Formal and perhaps somewhat dry content?

      2. good time management
      3. There was more spark in your switch then the whole presentation?
  2. Borgmann
    1. Julie
      1. Good and confident start
      2. I like the Breadcrumb (=lack of organization) strategy.
      3. Wholesale can not be compared to niche seller?
      4. Calm, even with the small mess ups in the slide show order
      5. Time = Good
  3.  Shan
    1. Humaid:
      1. Arrived 1,5 hour late.
      2. Was supposed to bring the adapter for the Mac-slide show
      3. Sound on the the mac to disturb Magdalena
      4. Low or non-content contribution
      5. I am sorry to say this, but considering your over all performance (and even if you may or may not have been sick), this would have to be noted as an EPIC failure. Perhaps this is just not the right environment or study for you? This is however my guess, if your convinced otherwise I would suggest a change of behavior perhaps?
    2.  Sarah:
      1. Calm and confident, even with out her team
      2. Relates to Katy & Sveta's presentation
      3. Compatibility problems from Mac presentation
      4. Easy on the 'Yeah's'
      5. Time pressure and stress managed very well
      6. consider having an Plan B for neglecting team-members, non the less points for pursuing team-spirit. However the time spend on this would most likely have been better on developing the project idea, but that is hard to say in the end as both solutions are neither the right or wrong one.
  4.  Saftfabrik
    1. Carole
      1. Good start
      2. When did you become fluent in English? Nice!
    2. Anthony
      1. Relates to what Carol said, good teamwork

      3. good over-all performance
    3. Both
      1. Good extention of mid-term
      2. Method and tools, check.
  5.  Mr. Holz leaves in the middle of the Carole and Anthony's question period (10.27-10.31)
  6. Humaid arrives (10.31 -> 1,5 hours late)
  7.  Gerry Weber
    1. Magdalena
      1. Waits for the disturbance to pass... Good
      2. Hand outs for all, nice feature. (perhaps consider saving the trees and provide digital versions? Google Docs, perhaps?) Why are teachers getting colours? If feel mistreated! (haha)
      3. '' Ehm's'' where you nervous?
      4. A lot of Techniques and methods. Good, but perhaps to much for 15 mins?
      5. which lead to time issues...
      6. Remember less is more and your doing good.
  8. 10.49 -> Mr. Metzker seems to be bored to death and can't stop yawning...
    1. Props to Mr. Wittig and Mr. Holz  for paying attention
    2. Mr. Tamm seems to do either research on VBA or office work? (don't know which is more disturbing?)
  9. Gerry Webber

      3. Good voice and gestures
    3. Both
      1. (By Katy) Light green and white is perhaps not the optimal choice?
  11. Asperado
    1. Jerome:
      1. Where not in the mood today, where ya? You did so great on the last presentation, what happened?
      2. Very good overview, however for better audience acceptance consider:
        1. Slides for all the infomation
        2. Change of slides
        3. leave the professors by professors (Mr. Kariger, was not there.)
        4. Time yourself

      3. Eyes, pace and voice where all nicely done.
  13.  Asperado
    1. Chris (comments by Katy)
      1.  What efforts! Shaved and Tie -> BT WOW
      2. Don't rush through the introduction, you missed to welcome us and the good morning part.
      3. Good eye contact & body language (hand gestures)
      4. Nicely referred to your hand-outs.
        1. yeah, make them busy and interested (Chris: a lot of paper shifting was going on among the Profs!)
      5.  Typo's!!!
      6. Good time management
  14. Absolvent
    1. Caroline

      3. Like the way you emphasized 'we need to' and 'we did' etc.
      4. Looks like sound research
      5. time is good
At this point I had to leave for an appointment and thus missed out on Sara, Maren and Anne's presentation. I would love to hear some feed back from this, perhaps see it?
@ Maren: I am sincerely sorry for missing out on evaluating you again, it just does not seem to be our faith. I almost finished the book, perhaps we can brain storm on it later this week?
